WICHITA FALLS, Texas – Following the most successful regular season in franchise history, the Wichita Falls Wildcats will open the 2015 North American Hockey League Robertson Cup Playoffs with a first-round matchup against the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees beginning Thursday, April 2 at the Kay Yeager Coliseum.
As the higher seed, Wichita Falls will host the first two games of the best-of-three series, with Rio Grande Valley hosting a decisive third game, if necessary. A tentative schedule is outlined below. All dates and times are subject to change.
Game One – Thursday, April 2 | 7:05 p.m. – Kay Yeager Coliseum
Game Two – Friday, April 3 | 7:05 p.m. – Kay Yeager Coliseum
Game Three (if necessary) – Monday, April 6 | 7:30 p.m. – State Farm Arena
Tickets for the first round of the Robertson Cup playoffs are now on sale, and start at just $8 for children and $10 for adults. Tickets can be purchased through the KYC Box Office in-person or by calling (940) 716-5555.
All Wildcats season-ticket holders will have the opportunity to purchase postseason tickets in their regular seats on a round-by-round basis. Season-ticket holders will have until 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 1 to reserve tickets in their regular seats for the first-round series against the Killer Bees, after which time, all tickets will be released for sale to the general public.
